Our event services are held to a certain standard and can not be reduced in any fashion.

Can I use my own vendors?

If we are servicing a full service event for you, we highly recommend going with our preferred vendors. We may be open to looking into your vendor choices but again we highly recommend using our preferred vendors to ensure high-quality service and reliability.

Can you complete a full scale event in a 1-2 hour frame?

No, we can not complete a full scale set up in less than two hours. We work at a rapid steady paste; but we do not dramatically rush our work to assure perfection in every detail of our design concepts.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Our cancellation and refund policy varies depending on the service and timing of the cancellation. We will discuss the specifics during our initial consultation and include all details in our service agreement.
